I tried joining a few live trading sessions, but the stream kept freezing or dropping out on me. It got really frustrating because I was just trying to follow the entries in real time, and that should be straightforward. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it turned a simple thing into a hassle and never felt reliable.

I get that risk is important, but there was so much focus on it that my brain kind of went into shortcut mode and just thought, “Okay, this is complicated.” I was hoping for more plain, practical guidance instead of feeling like I had to sort through all the risk details on my own.

"Not the best choice when you're brand new"
I’m just starting out, and this felt overwhelming. I kept getting stuck on basic stuff, and when I asked support for help it felt like they were just copy-pasting generic answers instead of actually explaining things. Maybe it’s fine if you already know what you’re doing, but for a beginner like me it was more frustrating than helpful.
"Surprise, the billing was off"
I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, because apparently I enjoy being naive. Then the charge hit my card and, shockingly, it didn’t match what I was shown. It wasn’t some massive difference, but wrong is still wrong, and it definitely made me question the whole thing.
I reached out to support and got a slow reply that didn’t really clear anything up, which was super helpful in the way that it wasn’t. Maybe it was just an honest mistake, but billing feels like one of those tiny details you should probably get right the first time

The site is easy enough to read and get around, so that part was fine. I just wish there was more detail behind some of the performance claims. A few of the numbers look good, but it’s not always clear how they’re tracking that or where it’s coming from. It’s not bad overall, I just wanted a bit more transparency around it

I tried using the site for a bit, but it was just confusing and slow. I ended up giving up because I couldn’t really figure things out without getting annoyed.

I looked into the membership, but for what you actually get, the price feels too high. I’m careful about where I put my money, and I just didn’t feel confident that the value was worth the risk of committing to it.

"Good, but it takes more time than I expected"
I’ve been using Freedom Trading for a little while now, and overall it’s been decent. The information is helpful, but I didn’t expect it to take as much time as it does to watch the lessons and keep up with everything.
If your schedule is already packed, staying consistent can be a bit tough. It’s not bad, but the whole “I’ll just fit this in quickly” idea was definitely avoidable if I had realized the time commitment upfront. I’d say it’s worth checking out if you can actually set aside the hours.

"Login Works When It Feels Like It"
Getting into my account has been hit or miss. Some days I can log in with no problem, and other times it just spins forever or throws some random error. Support does respond, which I appreciate, but the issue keeps coming back. it kind of feels like the login works only when it wants to.

"Refund came through after a short wait"
I ended up using the guarantee after deciding it just wasn’t really for me. The refund didn’t happen right away, so I was wondering if other people had the same experience. I waited a few days, sent one follow-up, and they did get back to me and refund it like they said they would. Not the smoothest process, but they honored the guarantee in the end, so I’d say 4 stars feels fair...

I reached out to freedomtrading.com support because I had a question about my account. They did get back to me and the person was nice enough but it took longer than I thought it would and I had to send a follow up. They fixed the issue in the end so it wasn’t a bad experience just not very fast. Overall average for me

"Was kinda hoping for better learning stuff"
I mainly checked out Freedom Trading for the education side of things, but it felt underwhelming. Most of the info seemed really basic and some of it wasn’t explained that well. I kept clicking around thinking I’d find something more useful, but it never really went anywhere. Didn’t feel like I learned much, so yeah, not really worth my time tbh

I was hoping for more practical guidance, but the mentor’s advice felt basic and didn’t really help me move forward. I also expected faster responses, so overall it just didn’t feel worth the time for me

It took longer than I expected to get set up, and I’ll admit I felt a little confused at a few points. It wasn’t terrible, but the onboarding could definitely be smoother.

I’ve been using freedomtrading.com for a little while now, and overall it’s been okay. Some of the trade alerts are actually easy to follow and have been helpful, but a few others felt like they came in late or weren’t explained clearly enough. I’m particular about alerts being timely and straightforward, so that part matters to me. It’s not a bad service, I just think the alerts could be more consistent.

"Mobile version feels oddly neglected"
I tried using freedomtrading.com mostly on my phone, it got annoying fast. Some pages loaded in a weird way, and the whole thing felt like it was fighting me a little.
The buttons were too close together, I kept having to zoom in just to read stuff, and it definitely works better on desktop. Not saying there’s a grand plot here, but it almost feels like they designed the mobile version as an afterthought on purpose, like they’d rather you sit at a computer.
For something I just want to check quickly, it’s not smooth enough right now. Hopefully they fix the mobile version soon, because at the moment it feels half finished

"I only tried to cancel my subscription..."
I only tried to cancel my subscription once, but that was enough to make me question how they handle this stuff in general. It took way too much back and forth, and while support did eventually respond, it wasn’t exactly quick. The instructions also weren’t very clear, so I kept feeling like I was jumping through hoops. I did get it canceled in the end, but the whole experience left a bad taste
